NZESL and Riviera Group have partnered up to bring ESL to the first of their stores – Mitre 10 Mega Albany. By working closely together, we’ve planned, developed, and delivered:-
▪ brand-new graphical layouts
▪ functionality for in-store operations
▪ product geo-location
▪ set the stage for further evolution of the ESL system for Mitre 10 stores.
There were a lot of moving parts to this project, but thanks to Riviera’s culture of open and frank communication we were quickly able to establish clear expectations, limitations, and solutions.
We’re looking forward to the next stages – bringing price integrity, enhanced customer engagement, and operational efficiency to more Riviera stores!
